Coach - Sheri Shayuth

Sheri Shayuth is a Novice Coach for MAC. She truly enjoys teaching and coaching swimming and is excited to be working with the MAC team. Sheri swam for 10 years in the Woodlands, Texas where she grew up. She went on to graduate from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. She never lost her love for swimming and has continued to teach swim lessons throughout the years. She currently teaches swim lessons at Hood College and is the Aquatics Program Manager for a large Pool Management Company in the Maryland and Virginia area. She has coached for her community swim team, The Dearbought Devil Rays for the past 6 years, where she served as 10 and under Head Coach. Sheri also Coached for The Walkersville High School Swim Team for the 2005/2006 season. She has worked for the Frederick YMCA for two years as a teacher’s aid for their pre-school program. She has also worked as a substitute teacher for Frederick County Schools for 2 years. She currently resides in Frederick, MD and is married with two daughters who also share her love of swimming.
