Coach - Lauren Brenneman

Lauren Brenneman (known as "LB" to all her friends) graduated from East Carolina University in 2004 with a B.S. degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She was a member of the ECU club swim team for two years. Prior to that she swam on the Frederick High School swim team for four years, where she served as Co-Captain for two years. She started my swimming career with MAC, where she swam for eight years. She also played on Frederick High’s first women’s lacrosse team her senior year. This is her third year of coaching and she has been teaching swimming lessons for the past ten years. In addition to coaching the Senior White group, she works full time in Frederick.
